What Does Synergy Mean?

“A synergy is where two or more things applied together have a greater or significantly different effect than the sum of effects of the things applied separately.”  -Wikipedia

What is the Synergy (In Terms of a Guild)?

Synergy is a newly formed, teamwork oriented, 10-man, semi-hardcore, World of Warcraft Alliance, raiding guild on the US-Winterhoof realm.  We value friendship, teamwork, and cooperative play because we believe that a strong, united guild can accomplish anything together.  We despise drama and those that cause it because drama divides the group and sets it apart from its primary principle (Synergy) and its singular mission, i.e., to experience and conquer all the end-game content World of Warcraft has to offer through relentless teamwork, unbridled spirit,  and positive attitude.

In addition to the guild philosophy and mission statement, all members are expected to abide by the guild charter (Under Development) as well as all rules and regulations that govern the game as set forth by Blizzard Entertainment.
